Please note: When Ranger released the first 12 Oxide colors they shipped them to us as colors were manufactured in their US facility. Because of the extremely high demand for Oxides, all 12 colors did not arrive at the same time. We expect that it will be much better this second time and we will have full sets, but ALL distributors may start receiving some colors early, with remaining colors in the set to follow soon after. As a customer courtesy, we typically try and ship what we can when they arrive -- so you could receive two shipments to complete your set.
